The Travel and Tourism Business Management program incorporates many elements of the Travel and Tourism Advanced CITC endorsed Level II program while further strengthening your business capabilities.
On the travel and tourism side, you will gain extensive knowledge of the industry, learning about popular tourist destinations, common reservation systems, cruise destinations, and much more. The business side of the program teaches you skills related to presentations, meetings, teamwork, sales, marketing, and accounting. You will also build expertise with Microsoft Office and the Internet.
Your career days provide you with the opportunity to get into a real travel and tourism environment to gain firsthand experience. You also participate in a 160-hour internship; this is where you really get to practice learned skills and gain experience.
